On arrival, you’ll need to head to the Box Office to get your tickets scanned. Please ensure you have them ready and open on your phone.

You’ll then make your way to the ‘experience’ - prepare to walk through stunning sets and have your camera at the ready for a few snaps!

Once you make it to the cinema screen, you’ll be shown to your seats by our friendly ushers. At this stage you’ll be free to roam around our beautiful screening area, or, you can head back outside and grab a bite to eat, whatever you fancy! All you need to do is make sure you’re back in your seats 10 minutes before the show starts.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. When arriving on the day, we will ask to see a valid CEA or PIP letter as evidence of providing personal care – if you are unable to provide this, we may refuse you entry or ask you to pay the full admission price for that section.

We also accept Access Cards where the card has a +1 symbol.

We welcome all ages at Backyard Cinema, with a few little rules…

Anyone under the age of 15 must be with an adult of 18+ years at all times (this includes within the cinema). Age certification for films apply regardless. For 15 and 18 rated films, our staff are legally required to ask for proof that you are old enough to watch an age restricted film if they have any doubt. In order to prove your age we require an official I.D. that includes a photo and date of birth such as a passport or driver’s licence. We also accept Yoti Digital ID (for cinema entry only).

Yoti ID is a safe way to prove your age and identity using your phone. It takes just minutes to set up with an ID document and photo. This means you can be admitted into your film without having to worry about bringing your passport or birth certificate.

Simply show your ‘Age card’ at the Box Office, and we’ll check the hologram and the QR code to prove it’s valid.

There is no venue-dedicated parking, but there are 3 car parks close by that are £3 for 12 hours, these are located on Baring Street and Buxton Street.

Please note that these car parks may be closed at times when there is an event at Warehouse Project. We would advise checking their programme HERE to see if your show is affected.
